Every day Ukrainian defenders lose their lives. Our equipment helps save their lives and return Ukrainian soldiers home safe
Protect Our Heroes: PPE for Zaporizhzhia
A thin line separates safe care from dangerous exposure for wounded patients, medics, nurses, and doctors, and protecting it can save lives. That is why basic disposables such as clean gloves, examination gowns, and disinfectant wipes play an easily overlooked but vital role in preventing infection.

The goal
Our goal is to raise $12,000 to ship 22 pallets (about 6 tons) of essential medical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to the medical units in 2 brigades in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. These high-quality PPE supplies are already donated to UDS and ready for shipment from the warehouses near Seattle, WA.
We are planning to support the Medical Units supporting the following Brigades:
A7037 – 109th Donetsk Separate Territorial Defense Brigade
A7038 – 260th Zaporizhzhia Separate Territorial Defense Brigade “Khortytsia”
Why Medical Supplies Are So Important for Ukraine?
The “Protect Our Heroes: PPE for Zaporizhzhia” campaign aims not only to supply essential PPE but also to rally community support and awareness for the vital work being done near the frontlines by healthcare professionals under extreme and dangerous conditions.
The health crisis in Ukraine is not just a byproduct of war; it is the result of a systematic campaign targeting the healthcare system itself. Russian strikes deliberately target civilian medical infrastructure, turning the simple act of providing care into a deadly mission:
Targeting Hospitals and Clinics: Hundreds of medical facilities, maternity wards, and trauma centers have been directly bombed or shelled by Russia. Surrounding hospitals operate far beyond capacity, treating influxes of patients while under constant threat of bombardment.
Destruction of Medical Warehouses: Strategic strikes routinely target central pharmaceutical hubs and medical storage facilities, wiping out critical stocks of insulin, antibiotics, and surgical gear before they can reach patients.

Attacks on First Responders & Medics: Emergency service workers, paramedics, and ambulance crews face extreme danger. Medics are targeted in the field, and “double-tap” strikes frequently hit emergency crews as they arrive to rescue victims.
